Gratitude lights the darkness.
It guides, nourishes, and gives hope.
I wear gratitude like a cloak,
and it becomes my superpower.

It changes the way I see the world,
giving deeper meaning to even the simplest moments.
Gratitude brings purpose to each day
and fills our hearts with more love.

I strive to live more healthfully, more simply, and more kindly ...
with determination, intention, and love.
I do not take my life for granted.
Instead,
I choose to let my heart be filled with gratitude.

The more I look at the world
through the eyes of gratitude,
the more beauty I discover.
The more beauty I see,
the more grateful I become.
It is a circle of love that continues to grow.

Every day,
countless small miracles unfold around us,
yet so many go unnoticed
because we forget to see
through the eyes of gratitude.

Gratitude is a gift.
A gift of love.
And the more we share it,
the more it multiplies.
